I have always tried to make the most of each moment to gain knowledge and perspective in order to truly experience life. This mindset has allowed me to do some incredible things, like winning a Gold Medal in the 2017 IFAF World Championship to travelling to Rome with a choir that sang for the Pope. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Master of Science in Sports Performance Training. I am a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist. I am also a Collegiate Soccer All-American, 9x football All-Star, WFA National Champion, IFAF World Champion and Gold Medalist. I am currently playing men's professional indoor football for the Rapid City Marshals in the Champions Indoor Football league. Average and ordinary are unacceptable words in my vocabulary. I feel driven to help inspire and motivate people to improve their lives and find their best selves through athletics and fitness.  We are all a work in progress and it is my goal to help you find mind, body and soul balance to achieve your optimal performance and live your best life.
